Purchasing a property can be one of the most important decisions you make in your life. As a result, you deserve an expert who is going to devote the time and energy necessary to successfully find your dream home.
From the first meeting to discuss your preferences in a home, through the inspections, all the way to the point at which I hand you the keys to your new home, I'm there for you every step of the way. It's my job to make sure your home buying process is as smooth and stress-free as possible. I take pride in knowing, together, we've found a place you can truly call "home."
In addition to being your step-by-step guide throughout the process, I am:
Knowledgeable: Living in Arizona for nearly 25 years, purchasing several of my own properties here, along with assisting numerous clients in purchasing homes, I know first-hand what's involved in the buying process, as well as how to spot value.
Good Listener: A key ingredient to an excellent real estate agent is one who is able to listen to their clients' needs and expectations, and then follow through with homes that fit their clients' criteria. I not only focus finding you a home, I also develop a relationship with you. In doing so, I can proactively search for homes suited for you, and your criteria.
Ethical: I have always had a high sense of morality and integrity. My job is to find you a "home" and I understand the value associated with that. Sacrificing your quality of life for a commission is never something you will have to worry about with me.
Understanding: Every buyer is different. Some buy the very first house they see. Most of us take much longer. Patience is truly a virtue in this business and I do not rush you into something you won't like in the future.
Persistence: Whether it's looking at a hundred homes to find the right fit, or negotiating with the seller to get the best deal possible, I hustle for you to the very end.
KARI-smatic: Being energetic and enthusiastic can often mean the difference between finding the perfect home, and just missing out. I have an intense passion, which is why I'm roaming the Valley on a daily basis, all the while logging valuable information so I can pass it onto you.
A keen Eye: Being a real estate agent, a homeowner, as well as an active investor, I've seen hundreds of homes. Along the way, I have learned a thing or two. I'm able to spot potential value, as well as pitfalls to avoid. Whether it's that bright pink wall that simply needs a coat of paint or a bedroom light wired with speaker wire (yes, it happens), I'm there to see (and hear) the things you might not.
Organized: Having a realtor who is on top of the ball is extremely beneficial. With all the moving parts involved in a purchase transaction, it's incumbent upon me to be structured and organized, so that your time can be spent looking through homes, rather than worrying about the day to day activities.
